dictFieldLabel	(		$value,
			$tabname = '',
			$tablib = '' )

Return the label of a field of a dictionary, translated, to use as title of a column.

Parameters

string	$value	Name of field (for example: code, label, taux, country, ...)
string	$tabname	Name of dictionary table (example: c_tva)
string	$tablib	Label key of dictionary (example: DictionaryVAT)

string Label of field translated

?Object	$obj	If we show a particular record, obj is filled with record fields
string	$tabname	Name of SQL table
